The age old saying in real estate is ‘List To Last’, as let’s face it, listing & selling a property 9/10 will be a much quicker process than helping someone buy a property. But with that said, the truth is, as much as I do love a good listing, I really do adore working with buyers, too! I love the ‘hunt’, I love acting like a detective to find out anything & everything I can about the home/property/owners (yes, I really do dive that deep), I love seeing all of the interesting quirks of a home that we stumble upon during a showing, and more than anything, I love sharing the excited feeling with you when you’ve finally found your dream home and decide to make an offer. I love it all! From start to finish, I really do enjoy the entire process of working with buyers. I do have a buying process (which can be seen below), but depending on who YOU are, my process will vary slightly; it isn’t a one size fits all approach. What I can however assure you, no matter who you are, is that we’ll have fun, and you’ll be well informed and well taken care of every step of the way.

This is where I'll go over my buyer consultation with you and what you can expect when working with me.
This is where you'll connect with a Mortgage Specialist to figure out what you qualify for. This way we will know ahead of time what price range to be searching in.
This will be a list of your Wants & Needs. This will include things such as location, schools, # of bedrooms/bathrooms, etc.
Now for the fun part! This is where we will go out and look at different properties together until we find "The One".
Once you've found a home that you would like to purchase, we will sign paperwork and submit your offer. From there, I'll work my magic with my top-notch negotiating skills!
Once we have an accepted offer (Yay!), there are a few things that follow this, such as: Waiving of any potential conditions, appraisals, home inspections, etc. Let's get you to this step and then I will go over the rest!
