From Listed To Sold
I absolutely love the entire process of selling a home; I may even be borderline obsessed, if I’m being honest. I get extreme satisfaction out of helping my clients get top dollar for their property, and everything that goes into achieving that. Once someone decides to sell their home with me, I will do a walkthrough of the property and provide suggestions of things to do prior to listing, whether that be updating things such as light fixtures or kitchen hardware, painting, small repairs, landscaping, decluttering, cleaning etc etc. I connect my sellers with any desired contacts of trusted industry professionals to assist with accomplishing these jobs and once complete the home will then be professionally staged prior to having professional photos and videos taken. With real estate, you can’t have a one-size-fits all approach. Beyond these first key steps, the next part of my process is a more tailored bespoke approach, to best fit the client’s specific property and needs.

The first step is to have me over to your home so that we can meet each other and I can do a walk through of the property. After the home tour, I will go through my Listing Presentation with you which takes ~20 minutes.
After our initial meeting, I will follow up with you within a day or two. If you decide that you'd like to move forward in working with me, I will draft up the paperwork and go over it with you before having you sign it via Docusign.
This may include things like minor repairs and/or improvements, cleaning, painting, decluttering, staging, pre-list home inspection and more.
Once the home is fully prepped, this is when we will have professional photos taken as well as 3D tours & floor plans. We will also create any further marketing material such as Facebook ads, Coming Soon or Just Listed Flyers etc.
Once we have all of our marketing material ready to go, your listing will go live on MLS. We will continue to market and promote your property through social media, connections with colleagues and other realtors and more.
Once we receive an offer, I'll put my top-notch negotiating skills to work to help ensure that you get the best possible price & terms for your sale.
Once we accept an offer and your home is sold (Yay!), there are a few things that follow this, such as: Waiving of any potential conditions, home inspection, appraisal, etc. Let's get you to this step and then I'll go over the rest!
